ENROLLMENT REMINDERS:

1. You MUST fill out the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM before you create a Parent Portal account!! (You will give the information you want for the parent portal in the online registration form!)

2. Log into your "Parent Portal" to enroll in classes!

3. E-Payments are up and running!

4. Please enter a credit card number on your account for payment processing unless you are paying in person by check or cash at the gym.  Payments are due by the 10th of each month.  If payment has not been made by the 10th of the month, we will process your payment with your billing information you enter online. You can also pay in person at the gym with check or cash.  We CANNOT take credit cards at the gym, only online.

5. Enrollment is ongoing until a class is full.  If you find that a class is full, you can put your child on the waitlist and we will inform you when there is an opening.  Putting your child on a waitlist or informing us if you can't get into a class helps us know whether we need to add classes.  

6. If your child is not going to be attending a class, please let us know so we can plan our coaches appropriately.  If we are not made aware that your child will miss a class they are signed up for YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE MISSED CLASS!  If your child is not going to be attending class anymore, we MUST be informed!  You will continue to be charged for your child's spot in that class until you inform us to withdraw them!  

7. We will be requiring the annual registration fee of $25 for all students that have not paid the fee this since May 2025 for insurance purposes.
